Refund policy
Please contact us no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your order to discuss a return, refund or exchange. You can contact us at hello@printandpigment.com or use the 'contact us' form.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.
Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part of your order.
Refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@printandpigment.com
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any of our personalised prints.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with the following information ASAP:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Email address used for purchase
- Item name / Item you expected to recieve
- Attach any relevant photos
