I’ve placed an order, how long until it is dispatched?
Dispatch time means our processing time and does not include the time for shipping via Royal Mail. All prints are made to order and our lead time before dispatch is 2-5 working days. Please bear in mind that it is just myself running the business and so dispatch times may increase during busy seasons such as Christmas, Valentines and seasonal sales.
How can I track my order? What shipping method is used as standard?
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and once dispatched you will received a Royal Mail tracking number for your order. Shipping as standard is set at Tracked 48 for A3 prints, and 2nd class for A4 and A5 prints, Notepads, Wrapping Paper and Greetings Cards. There are options to upgrade delivery on each product at checkout.
What are your print sizings?
A5 (14.8cm x 21cm)
A4 (21.0cm x 29.7cm)
A3 (29.7cm x 42.0cm)
Do you offer custom coloured prints?
Yes! We do offer custom coloured prints for a slightly additional price. In addition I can change certain words on prints etc for a custom feel, this will be at my discretion so please get in touch by filling out the contact form with more info :)
Where do you ship?
Unfortunately due to recent GPSR rules in Europe and Northern Ireland, we currently only ship within Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). This may change in the future so please check back.
What is your returns/refund/exchange policy?
Please view our refund policy at the bottom of the page for more info and contact me within 14 days of delivery if your item is damaged or faulty in any way.
What can I do if I gave you the wrong delivery address?
Please let me know if this happens immediately, and before the item is dispatched for me to sort this error at printandpigment@outlook.com. If your item gets dispatched before you contact me unfortunately I can’t be held responsible for it being delivered to the wrong address.
Do you have gift options?
Yes! Please select the option at checkout to add a gift message to your order. I can also handwrite a message in a greetings card you have bought if you would like to send a card directly to the recipient.
